Intelligent Gear is a set of online strategy games designed to challenge you and your thirst for being #1. There is currently one game in production Base Ship Commander, and two in design. All games at Intelligent Gear are free to play.
Currently Intelligent Gear is best viewed using Internet Explorer version 6 or higher.

EditIntelligent Gear Tokens
Tokens can be redeemed for game currency or awarded through game medals, and can be carried (or held) from one game round to the next. Tokens can be purchased for $0.25 USD each, and are transferable between members. When tokens are purchased in bulk, 1 free token is given for each 10 purchased. For instance, 12 tokens are purchased and an additional token is given for free. Resulting in a purchase of 13 tokens.
EditBase Ship Commander
Base Ship Commander challenges your leadership skill as a Base Ship Commander fighting a war for Galactic Domination against four opposing empires. Develop the strengths / abilities of your Base Ship, set tactical priorities, and conquer enemy planets while devastating enemy ships. Base Ship Commander is a tick based game that runs anywhere between 4 and 6 weeks for each round played. Games last 18 days and run on a 30 minute timer. Games typically start on Wednesdays at 12:01 GMT.
Base Ship Commander is a little different than most text based games on the web. In many other games, you are given a preset list of ships and configurations; that is not the case with Base Ship Commander. As a true Base Ship Commander, you have complete control over your strategy as well as your ship's strengths. Each Base Ship has the same set of devices. As you upgrade your devices you control which device gets the resources and therefore becomes more powerful.
EditGear Combat Arena
Gear Combat Arena challenges your analytical skill as a Combat Arena manager striving to have the #1 Combat Gear. Develop the strengths / abilities of your Gear, as well as its combat decisions via an Arena Script. Gear Combat Arena is a tick based game that runs for about 4 weeks for each tournament played, and matches are run every 1-2 hours depending on the Tournament's configuration.
